FECON welcomed AMIP Cincy as the event host. Bob Dieckman shared how the company is navigating what he described as a “Perfect Storm” — simultaneously launching new products and scaling the business beyond expectations. Mark Leasure presented the multigenerational story of GMi Companies, reflecting on how the family business has weathered economic and industry shifts across three generations.
