Performed through TMF Metal Solutions, Darana Hybrid houses a highly advanced, fully automated CNC manufacturing facility complete with fully automated 16 & 20 KW fiber lasers, 41’ Tube Laser, up to 320 ton press brake, robotic press brake, welding, large format automated powder coating, and custom packaging. These solutions and internal manufacturing for their mechanical HVAC and related fabrications enable them to serve as one source to make it happen through the production of their own pieces and parts and by offering contract manufacturing and engineering services.

What roles are most critical to meeting your production needs?
Darana Hybrid views all roles as equally important and remains merit focused. Recognizing that a chain is as a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, mentorship and a willingness to help all complete our shared objective is fostered.
The greatest role is a willingness to help, the ability to foresee ways in which to help others complete their job, a desire to learn and advance, and the humility to believe no role is beneath anyone from ownership to entry.
What do you love most about the greater Cincinnati region?
If we asked our staff, it would likely be the Bengals… but in all honesty, the people – the culture – and an ongoing history and future of overcoming the odds through grit, innovation, and perseverance. New to the area, Darana Hybrid moved operations from Memphis, TN in 2017 – aligning to our native American principles, we moved to Hamilton with a vision of transforming an empty building set for condemning back into the powerhouse of its past. We have brought in advanced machinery and technology that ensure the building and community will continue this strength into the future. In 2025 we will begin on further expansions and revitalization.

Specializing in the installation of large conveyor systems, Darana Hybrid has grown its specialties to include general contracting services, custom automation, mechanical services, rigging and installation, logistics, and advanced engineering + manufacturing services.

What makes you proud to be in the manufacturing industry?
Society sits on three pillars – mining, agriculture, and manufacturing. Manufacturing is the root of all of these activities and further serves as the foundation of mining and agriculture as it drives these activities as well. The ability to produce and fulfill needs is the basis of all human goals.
What career path opportunities can be pursued at your company?
Darana Hybrid has numerous career pathways, and it would be hard to select just one – rather, our culture is the catalyst that opens any and all career pathways. Based on merit and fostering an opportunity to build one’s aptitude, Darana Hybrid is dedicated to working with regional educational facilities to bring top-tier education; simultaneously, Darana Hybrid is NCCER accredited and able to offer training in-house. Building upon these opportunities, Darana Hybird will be adding additional internal manufacturing training curriculum to supplement internal training and OEM provided training.
As an example, Darana Hybrid is very proud to see the acceleration of a student we trained through a volunteer credential and pre-apprenticeship we teach at Hamilton High School. Joining us immediately after graduation, we have watched the student grow from a general laborer to a laser operator over a Summer and look to further train including a desire to become a crane operator/CDL driver. The students presence and success has boosted company morale on the floor and continues to drive the next year of student to participate.
Darana Hybrid is guided by the Native American Code of Ethics, which is based on an 800-year-old tradition. The code states that people who work together will make the world stronger by sharing their knowledge with others knows we cannot physically take all these students, but, as a service provider look to build the region to help our customers and communities thrive.
