About Nehemiah Manufacturing Co.

At Nehemiah Manufacturing, we are driven by a powerful mission: building brands, creating jobs, and changing lives. Since our founding in 2009, we've been dedicated to transforming lives through sustainable employment opportunities in Cincinnati's inner city.

We specialize in acquiring and licensing beloved consumer brands, launching innovative products, and providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who need a second chance. Our portfolio proudly includes iconic household names licensed from Procter & Gamble, such as Tide to Go Pen and Downy Wrinkle Releaser. These trusted solutions bring value to consumers while directly supporting our mission of second-chance hiring.

Today, Nehemiah generates over $145 million in annual revenue and employs more than 250 people. Our turnover rate in manufacturing is less than 15% , a testament to the strength of our mission-driven culture. Every product we develop not only meets consumer needs but also creates lasting impact by breaking cycles of poverty, revitalizing neighborhoods, and uplifting families.

We believe in making a difference—one person, one day, and one job at a time. Our commitment to second-chance employment empowers individuals who have faced barriers, giving them the opportunity to rebuild their lives and become leaders in their communities.

At Nehemiah, we see the ripple effect of our work. By creating jobs, we strengthen families, neighborhoods, and future generations. Through every brand we build and every product we launch, we unlock potential, restore dignity, and inspire hope—because when people are given a chance to succeed, entire communities thrive.
