AMIP Welcomes Two New Team Members to Advance Mission and Community Impact

CINCINNATI, OH — Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership (AMIP), a community-based organization dedicated to furthering the manufacturing workforce in Southwest Ohio, is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members: Lorraine O’Moore, Education Manager and Katie Peyton, Grants Project Manager.

“We are thrilled to welcome Katie and Lorraine to our team,” said Susan Whitman, President & Executive Director of AMIP. “Their passion, experience, and fresh perspectives will help us deepen our impact and better serve the manufacturing workforce of today and tomorrow.”

Lorraine O’Moore, Education Manager, joins AMIP with a background in nonprofit management and youth career development, most recently serving as Director of Work-Based Learning at NaviGo. In her new role, she will serve as the connection between education and manufacturing, creating unique opportunities for students to gain hands-on industry experience and for manufacturers to build up the workforce of the future.

Katie Peyton, Grants Project Manager, brings her experience in project management and grants administration, with extensive experience in education non-profit, focused on K-12 school improvement. In her most recent role, Katie served as Director of Generation Schools Network. In her new position, she will lead efforts in grant writing, program execution, and project management.
